Library Stories and Dialogue Programs
Herstory Library Sessions: Organize regular Herstory library sessions where individuals with diverse backgrounds and experiences can serve as human books. Participants can borrow these human books for a designated period to engage in one-on-one conversations and learn from their unique perspectives on feminism, wellness, personal growth, and empowerment.
Theme-based Human Library: Herstories Events Hosting: themed human library and Herstories events that focus on specific topics relevant to feminist wellness and mentorship, such as body positivity, mental health, self-care practices, intersectional feminism, or women’s rights movements, inviting individuals who have personal stories or expertise in these areas to be the human books.
Expert Panels: Facilitate panel discussions featuring the Herstory books who are experts in various fields related to feminist wellness and mentorship. This shall include professionals in psychology, counseling, holistic healing, leadership, self-care, or other relevant areas. Participants can engage in interactive discussions and gain valuable insights and advice.
Empowerment Workshops: Conduct workshops facilitated by Herstory human books who can share practical skills and knowledge related to feminist wellness, leadership and empowerment. Theses shall include workshops on self-care practices, assertive communication, confidence-building, resilience, mindfulness, or stress management.
Intergenerational Dialogue: Organize Herstory library sessions that bring together Herstory books of different age groups, fostering intergenerational dialogue on topics including feminism, leadership, wellness, and personal growth. This shall be co created with invited Herstory books from different backgrounds and professions, such as feminists, artists, activists, scholars, managers, entrepreneurs, and community leaders.
Feminist Storytelling Circles: Create intimate and supportive feminist storytelling circles where Herstory books can share their personal narratives and journeys of empowerment, resilience, and growth. Participants shall engage in active listening and reflection, creating a safe space for vulnerability and connection.
Collaborative Reflection Sessions: After Herstory library experiences, where participants can come together to discuss and share their insights, lessons learned, and action plans for personal growth and implementing positive changes inspired by the Herstory human books.
