Peer-to-Peer Mentoring Circles: Where women and young women leaders can come together to share experiences, offer support, and provide guidance to one another for a strong network of support and fosters a sense of community among women and young women leaders.

Leadership Retreats: Specifically designed for women and young women leaders for providing a space for self-reflection, skill-building, and rejuvenation. These shall include among others workshops, group activities, and opportunities for networking and collaboration.

Women’s Leadership Conferences hosting: Focused on feminist wellness and women’s leadership, inviting prominent speakers, conducting panel discussions, and providing workshops that address various aspects of transformative feminist leadership. These shall offer women leaders a platform to learn, network, and be inspired by successful leaders.

Leadership Circles for Collective Action: Forums where women leaders especially from women’s movement and the public institutions collaborate for undertaking collective action projects addressing wellness and leadership issues.

Leadership Support Groups: Where women and young women leaders can regularly gather to share challenges, seek advice, and celebrate successes, for providing them with a safe and supportive space for women leaders to build connections and receive peer support.
