Programs
Our coaching and Wellness Programs
We are passionately committed to cultivating a feminist haven that embraces women of all ages, empowering them to nurture their minds, bodies, and souls. At our center, we go beyond conventional wellness and mentorship approaches. Our tailored feminist programs and services prioritize feminist and holistic wellness through self and collective care for their healing, creative expression, leadership coaching, and community building. We strive for a transformative experience that enables women to unleash their potential, challenge disempowerment processes, and reclaim their confidence, self-worth, holistic wellness, resilience and leadership. In the process our Centre is contributing towards transforming a culture that respects and values the right of women to wellness and healing justice agenda among women and communities.
Based on this philosophy and context we offer the following programs:

As a young feminist woman, I've actively supported and validated the Centre's relevance in our context. I believe in its immense potential, witnessing its commitment to personal and collective growth and wellness. The holistic approach to self-care has personally restored balance in my life, and I've seen the Centre as a sanctuary for personal growth and empowerment.
Lydia Charles Moyo. ED. Her Initiative.
Discovering the Nendiwe Feminist Centre in my retirement has been a true blessing. It's a place where I find not just solace but also a vibrant community of different ages that celebrates the power of women. This Centre has rekindled my spirit and shown me that learning, growth, and empowerment for wellness and healing have no age limits. — I'm excited!
